Phase 1 completed

As mentioned in my previous post, I am going to start starving my company and I have already started the first phase, to increase the pay of the director. By taking away food from the storage then will an individual start knowing that they can not store food at the old rate, they have to look for more food.

I will carry on to document my fly or die phase that I am confident of bringing my company to the next level. Today I went to a seminar and coincidentally my event associates told me that one of my client is having an event on top of the seminar. Along the way to Suntec I saw exhibitions, booth and advertisement. If you saw 10 ads and at least 2-3 of them you are involved in, it proves that you are in the right industry. Today the fact has proven that I am in the right industry as within a fair, I have seen 2 of my client's product (seperate client) and I know that the tide has come, it is time to fly.

I have slept for too long, been procrastinating and pondering on what is James. Now is time to awaken my true self and start soaring to the heaven. The time is definitely right as the company strength is ready, the support is ready and the market is ready, what other time to seize the day?

Today mark the completion of phase 1, phase 2 will be to bring in more big clients and increase the staff strength of AvantGarden and building my dream team. I will find a person to relate my goals to and ask the person to keep track of my advances. Constantly reminding me if I am slacking off. All matters shall take a second seat, now is money making time.
