Messages of Life

Hi all, it has been some time since I have blogged as the reason being, I just went for a 1 month reservist and have been busy ever since. Maybe it is also because there is nothing very inspiring that I can blog about.

However last week there was a movie that I had watch that I find that the movie is pretty lame. And after the movie ended I even commented “So lame!” But when I was taking a shower, I recall the content of the movie and find that although the actors and actresses had made the movie look lame, the movie itself does carry its sets of meaning that stirs the mind.

Perhaps the first meaning we can get from this movie is that some times, there are events and happenings that appear stupid and meaningless in the beginning. It doesn’t necessary mean that they are really meaningless, it might be because we haven’t probe deep enough or maybe we have not been equipped with the intelligence to fathom the deeper meanings.

We have to pause our lives at times to reflect on the seemingly stupid things that we have done and how our life would have been better if we can understand the deeper meaning behind the events.

Well hope that you can relate to what I have said. In any case shown below are the 3 messages that I have gotten from the movie and hope you can be inspired by these messages too =)

When things end, they will begin again

Just like the ending of any relationship, when one ended, others will begin again. The end is actually a beginning and the beginning might be leading to an end. No one knows what will happen but what’s most important is to learn from the pain and improve ourselves so as not to repeat the same mistake caused by our personal flaw. Rather, we should learn and be a better person so that we will add value to our lives as well as others.

When you think you have woken up, you found yourself in yet another dream.

Life can be reality and a dream as the reality that you are living now might just be a dream that you wish to indulge in. You know that some day you have to wake up from the dream and face the reality of life. A reality seems like a dream sometimes and a dream might become reality. We really don’t know as we thought we know what we want sometimes but we end up waking up to find that the life that we are leading is not what we want.

And in retrospect, we might be dreaming of achieving something and we do not know that we are actually moving towards our dream, making it a reality. So are you still in a dream in your life that is not real or are you really moving towards living in your dream that will become a reality some day?

If you don’t know who you are, does it matter what you are?

Do you know who you really are? And does knowing who you are now mean that it is what you really are? Perhaps when you do not know who you are and you do things naturally in a subconscious manner, you are actually fulfilling what you really are. Wise men have said that people spend most of their lives figuring what they really are and most of the time they cannot figure out even when they die. Knowing who we are definitely will help us but what makes us think that the self that we perceived is really us? Does following your heart at times bring you closer to who you are?

Well hope this blog have triggered some thinking cells in you =)
