Birthday Celebration
Last 2 weeks has been filled with many events, there is my birthday, my Taiwan trip and mother's day. Finally I am getting a breather and able to write my blog here =)
For this blog, I will be blogging on my birthday celebration. On the day before my birthday, my dear dear has arranged to take me to a restaurant that is located at the hotel at Changi Village. She has seen the place from xia xue blog and even go through the length to literally beg her colleague to tell her where the place is. That's her effort part 1.
Effort part 2 is knowing that she is quite a lazy pig, she go through the length to make reservation at the restaurant after finding out where the place is. After we arrived there, she brought me to one of the most tranquil place to have dinner at. The place is very peaceful overlooking the sea with hint of sea breeze blowing at us.

We ordered a few dishes and I ate one of the best Italian food I have eaten as it carries my dear dear thoughtfulness in it. The dishes are shown below, they are not well taken as they are taken with my iphone so please bear with it

After the food, we walk around the area and took some random shots.
We find the reflection of the lift quite nice and decided to take the above ghostly image ^^
After the dinner, went back to dear dear house and she pretend she didn't get me any cake. Oh and in the afternoon when I go meet her for lunch, she still tease me say I do not deserve an expensive cake. Keep insisting that I should have a pandan cake or whatever cake that cost less than $2 -_-
Effort Part 3- When we arrive at her house, I was using my laptop and she took my lap top to her room and I stayed inside. And here comes the clumsy moment, she ask her di di to switch off the light and came in with the cake with lighted candles. As she walks towards me with the cake, the rotating fan blew off the candle and she scream! Lolzzzzz yes this is my clumsy ah gong but very cute dear dear! Then she ran out and tell me pretend they didn't come in and they re-enact a 2nd time and this time the fan is off ^^ I think this is the clumsiest cake cutting session i have ever loh hahahahhaa. Oh ya and the cake is an expensive and delicious chocolate cake, not $2 one haha

Effort Part 4- She didn't give me my present that night and next day morning, when I am using my com, she presented me with my present- A prada wallet ^^. This wallet is really a huge effort from her as months before my birthday, she has already started the research on the best wallet that will suit me.
She thought of LV but my stupid ex-colleague went to Paris and got the exact one for himself! Then she went around town to find the most suitable one for me coz I need one with coin pouch. She told me she has done extensive research, walk around orchard and went to the prada shop 3 times before getting my wallet.

Oh ya and my good brothers also bought me a hi fi which I have requested and even wanted to deliver to my house at 12am sharp on my birthday. Very good brothers I had and we had a good ktv and dinner session on my birthday.
This is really a well-celebrated birthday and I have to thank my brothers for the present. And more importantly to thank dear for the well thought celebration dinner and specially catered for me present. You have really made my 28th Birthday very eventful with your gong gong.... oops I mean cute act and your 4 big effort despite the fact that you are quite a lazy zhu zhu.
